Lauren received her Masters in Psychology with a focus on Attachment from The New School for Social Research in New York City and her Masters in Transformative Social Work from The University of Vermont.
As a licensed clinical social worker, therapist, wellness and career coach, advocate, and mom of two, Lauren has taken on different roles throughout her career.
Our workshop is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in providing space for connection. Our methods are informed and supported by Clinical Psychologist Dr. Eliana Gil, of the Gil Institute in Virginia.
